Overclocking Memory

Aang Yogya Post about Overclocking Memory. In choosing to use the memory bus frequency above the maximum of its motherboards. for example if you use the motherboard FSB to 333MHz, the memory wear with Bus 400MHz or above. This is to keep the excess heat is generated due to the increase in the FSB. Also choose a memory because it is intended to overclock the memory standard on the circumstances of this kind already in a state aggressively. Physically, the memory of this type have the form of aluminum sheathing that serves to absorb heat as the processor heatsink.

There is a possibility to use the same memory bus speed motherboard with a motherboard that used the terms features the CPU FSB / DRAM ratio as shown on page three middle image on the right. It serves so that the processor FSB and memory frequency can work asynchronously. Clearly this way, Say now you use DDR 400 memory, which means working at 200MHz frequency. Currently you raise the FSB processor at 205MHz, it means that you have indirectly raised the memory frequency to 205MHz which eventually resulted in the effective frequency of 410MHz. Mode, which as above is called Synchronous. Now this is where the motherboard as a vital component factors tested because not all motherboards have these features .
